     WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

    You are able to check the status of your order by logging into your account! If you didn’t create an account, you can always email us info@cavitycolors.com and we will provide that information for you.

    WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

    If your order is placed before 3 p.m. EST, your order should ship out the same day. Any orders placed after 3 p.m. EST, will ship the next day.  Please check if your order contains a PRE-ORDER item, as your order will not ship until the pre-order item is ready to ship. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Weekends or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc

    HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

    You will receive a shipment confirmation once your order has shipped with tracking information. *Please allow 24 to 48 hours for USPS tracking info to update* 

    Also, if you have created a customer account, you should be able to log into your account to see your order has shipped. 

    DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

    YES! We ship worldwide. Anywhere the postal service can deliver, with the exception of a few locations. 

    PRE-ORDER ITEMS

    For pre-orders, there will be an estimated shipping dated listed in the items description. Your entire order will not ship until the pre-order item is ready, so please keep this in mind! You may need to place a separate order for the "in-stock" item.

    CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

    Please contact us here or at info@cavitycolors.com! It is not guaranteed we can change your shipping address, it depends if your order has already shipped or not. Email us as soon as possible!
