SHIPPING INFORMATION

IN STOCK: If your order is placed Monday through Friday before 9 A.M. EST, it will ship the same day! Any orders placed after 9 A.M. EST will ship the next business day (Monday through Friday).

PRE ORDER: There is an estimated shipping date listed in the item's description. Please keep in mind that if your order has an IN-STOCK item and a PRE-ORDER item, your entire order will not ship until the PRE-ORDER item is ready. You may need to place a separate order for the IN-STOCK item if it is needed sooner.

CAVITY CRYPT - PRINT ON DEMAND: Due to the custom made nature of these shirts - and the strict quality control process each shirt endures before it leaves our warehouse, it will ship in approx 2-3 weeks. Please keep in mind that if your order has an IN-STOCK item and a PRINT ON DEMAND item, your entire order will not ship until the PRINT ON DEMAND item is ready. You may need to place a separate order for the IN-STOCK item if it is needed sooner.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped with tracking information. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking info to update. Also, if you have created a customer account, you should be able to log into your account to see your order has been fulfilled. If your order says 'awaiting fulfillment' this means your order has not shipped.

DOMESTIC ORDERS:

We offer a few methods of shipping for orders within the USA.

USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground: Delivery time may take 3-5 business days.

UPS 2 Day, UPS Next Day & USPS Priority Mail: Delivery time make take 1-3 business days for delivery. You should see an estimated shipping time at checkout. 

USPS ships to all PO Boxes and APO addresses.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We ship our international orders via USPS and DHL. For Canada, UK, Australia, Europe, Finland and Brazil, we have several shipping options:

USPS First Class International: Delivery time may take 7-21 days.

USPS Priority Mail International: Delivery time may take 6-10 business days.

USPS Priority Mail Express International: Delivery time may take 3-5 business days) & DHL Express: Delivery is about 1-3 business days.

With USPS, your package is usually always trackable, and once your package reaches your destination country, you can track your package through your local postal courier's website.

Please note-International orders may be subject to duties and taxes upon delivery. USPS orders will be delivered by your local postal service. We are required to mark packages as 'merchandise' by law, and provide true information on customs forms.

Although customs fees, duties and/or taxes are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of your order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into your country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.


CANADA: Our USPS shipping rates are higher than normal because we are now including pre-paid duties and taxes at a flat rate. These are included in the shipping price and should make delivery easier, with no surprise duties/taxes/fees on delivery for USPS method of shipping. UPS or DHL packages will be subject to duties/taxes/fees upon delivery.


Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is your responsibility to provide a safe and secure address for delivery of your order.

In this unfortunate case, we suggest checking with your neighbors and / or local post office. If you are unable to find your order, we suggest contacting USPS or the shipping provider directly to report a lost item.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition it was received. No pet hair, smells, or signs of wear.

NOTE: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

NOTE: Items included in our BUY OR DIE series, CAVITY CRYPT, and ART PRINTS collection, are printed to order and are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless deemed defective or incorrect.

If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we are not able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. These claims must be submitted within 30 days after the order has been received.

We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, you may be subject to a higher shipping/handling fee later at the rates that we require on the date you ship your item(s) back to us for a return.

Please note that this service does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies. 

Once your return is received and closely inspected, we will send an an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). Your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You should see the refund on your bank statement within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.

All orders, including pre-orders, are charged at the time they are placed.

Our CAVITYCOLORS Gift Cards are sent directly to the email address entered at checkout. You can print out a physical paper copy, or forward the E-Gift Card to a friend! Simply fill out the recipient's name, recipient's email address, and your personalized gift message at checkout. Decide on a dollar amount, and that's it! Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
