If your order is placed before 3 p.m. EST, your order should ship out the same day MONDAY through FRIDAY. Any orders placed after 3 p.m. EST, will ship the next business day. Please check if your order contains a PRE-ORDER item, as your order will not ship until the pre-order item is ready to ship. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take up to 24 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

YES! We ship worldwide. Anywhere the postal service can deliver, with the exception of a few locations. Unfortunately, we have no control over a region's shipping rate or import charges that may apply.
Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
For Pre-Order items, there will be an estimated shipping dated listed in the item's description. Please keep in mind that if your order has an "IN-STOCK" item and a "PRE-ORDER" item, your entire order will not ship until the PRE-ORDER item is ready. You may need to place a separate order for the IN-STOCK item if it is needed sooner.
