WHEN DO PRE-ORDER ITEMS SHIP?

For Pre-Order items, there will be an estimated shipping date listed in the item's description. Please keep in mind that if your order has an IN-STOCK item and a PRE-ORDER item, your entire order will not ship until the PRE-ORDER item is ready. You may need to place a separate order for the IN-STOCK item if it is needed sooner.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped with tracking information. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking info to update. Also, if you have created a customer account, you should be able to log into your account to see your order has been fulfilled. If your order says 'awaiting fulfillment' this means your order has not shipped.

Our CAVITYCOLORS Gift Cards are sent directly to the email address entered at checkout. You can print out a physical paper copy, or forward the E-Gift Card to a friend! Simply fill out the recipient's name, recipient's email address, and your personalized gift message at checkout. Decide on a dollar amount, and that's it! Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. A Buy or Die release is a limited release only available for 3 days. Please keep in mind that any orders that are Buy or Die are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All Buy or Die sales are final.

ORDER, SHIPPING & RETURNS FAQ

YES! In most cases, we ship worldwide. Anywhere the postal service can deliver, with the exception of a few locations.

However, some collections may be limited to certain locations such as US and CANADA only, due to licensing restrictions that are beyond our control. Details will be in the products description.

Please note: Duties and Import fees may be applied at checkout. Unfortunately, we have no control over a region's shipping rate or import charges that may apply.

For any US orders, we offer free returns and exchanges! If your shirt doesn't fit, we are happy to help you exchange it. Keep in mind, any sale items, art prints, candles and Buy or Die releases are not eligible for returns. You can request a return or exchange by logging into your account. If you need an exchange, please enter in the item you'd like in exchange in the 'notes' section. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Gift Cards are non-refundable.

If you are located outside of the US, unfortunately, we do not offer free returns at this time. We can still facilitate a return or exchange, we just request for you to ship your item back via your local postal service. To receive return instructions please request a return/exchange request by logging into your customer account.

If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we are not able to offer you a refund or exchange. Our return/exchange policy does not apply to Sale Items, Fine Art Prints, Candles or Buy or Die releases (24 hour or 72 hours - limited time releases).*

We offer a few methods of shipping for orders within the USA. Options and estimated shipping time will be available during checkout. Currently, we offer USPS and UPS shipping. If your order is placed Monday through Friday before 9 A.M. EST, it will ship the same day! Any orders placed after 9 A.M. EST will ship the next business day - i.e. Monday through Friday.

Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is your responsibility to provide a safe and secure address for delivery of your order.

We offer several international shipping methods. *please note these delivery dates are only estimated and does not factor in weather or holidays*

USPS First Class International - 7-21 days for delivery.

DHL Express - 1-3 business days for delivery.

UPS Expedited - Estimated 2-4 business days for delivery.

USPS Priority Mail International - 6-10 days for delivery.

USPS Priority Mail Express - 3-5 business days for delivery.

All methods, with the exception of DHL Express and possibly UPS, will be delivered to you by your local postal service. 

PLEASE NOTE - International orders are subject to duties and taxes upon checkout, or delivery. We cannot mark items as gifts - It is against the law. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and these fees are collected at the time of checkout, or sometimes delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.

🍁Canadian🍁 Friends:our shipping rates are higher than normal because we are now including pre-paid duties and taxes at a flat rate. These are included in the shipping price and should make delivery easier, with no surprise duties/taxes/fees on delivery.
