DOMESTIC ORDERS - WITHIN THE U.S.A
We offer two methods of shipping for orders within the USA - First Class which takes about 7-10 days and Priority Mail, which takes about 1-3 business days for delivery. All of our US orders are shipped via USPS. This also means PO Boxes and APO addresses.
If your order is placed Monday through Friday before 3 P.M. EST, it will ship the same day! Any orders placed after 3 P.M. EST will ship the next business day (Monday through Friday). 
  
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship our international orders via USPS and only offer one method of shipping at this time, First Class International. Delivery time may take 7-21 days. 
Please note - International orders are subject to duties and taxes upon delivery. These orders will be delivered by your local postal service. We cannot mark items as "gifts" - It is against the law.
Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.

- RETURN POLICY -


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Our return policy does not apply to Fine Art Prints.*

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards are non-refundable.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us here or at INFO@CAVITYCOLORS.COM
 
When you open your package, you should also receive a paper invoice with a review of your order, which also contains a return slip on the back that can be filled out and sent back with the item. Please fill out that information to help insure we properly execute the exchange (or return)
  
We may offer prepaid return labels for eligible orders. Please contact us.
 
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You should see the refund on your bank statement within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.
