Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Our return policy does not apply to Fine Art Prints, candles or Buy or Die releases (24 hour or 72 hour).
All prints are final sale.
All BUY OR DIE releases are final sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards are non-refundable. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We do have prepaid return labels for domestic US orders. International? Don't worry! We can still help with a return or exchange. You can create a return request by visiting our return portal here. If you'd like an exchange, please be sure to put your exchange item request in the notes section. If you need any assistance, please contact us at info@cavitycolors.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You should see the refund on your bank statement within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.
