SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Once payment is received, in stock items are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Pre-order items are processed within 15-20 business days. Print on Demand items are processed within 10-15 business days, sometimes sooner. Excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Rates are determined by the carrier and may vary depending on the destination, package weight, and size.

Pleasure ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
RETURN POLICY
We have a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we are not able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Our return/exchange policy DOES NOT apply to the following items:
- PRINT ON DEMAND SALES ARE FINAL
- ART PRINT / POSTER SALES ARE FINAL
- "BUY OR DIE" TIMED EDITION SALES ARE FINAL
- GIFT CARD SALES ARE FINAL
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused: no signs of wear.
- Unwashed: has not gone through a wash/dry cycle, no scent.
- In original condition: no pet hair, smells, damage, or signs of wear.
NOTE: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, you may be subject to a higher shipping/handling fee later at the rates that we require on the date you ship your item(s) back to us for a return.
Please note that this service does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). Your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You should see the refund on your bank statement within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.
DOMESTIC ORDERS: WITHIN THE USA
We offer a few methods of shipping for orders within the USA. USPS Standard and UPS Ground takes about 4-10 days for delivery. UPS 2 Day, UPS Next Day & USPS Priority Mail takes about 1-3 business days for delivery. You should see an estimated shipping time at checkout. USPS ships to all PO Boxes and APO addresses.
Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is your responsibility to provide a safe and secure address for delivery of your order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship our international orders via reputable carriers such as USPS and DHL. For Canada, UK, Australia, Europe, Finland and Brazil, we have several shipping options:
USPS First Class International (Delivery time may take 7-21 days),
USPS Priority Mail International (Delivery time may take 6-10 business days), USPS Priority Mail Express International (Delivery time may take 3-5 business days) & DHL Express (Delivery is about 1-3 business days). With USPS, your package is usually always trackable, and once your package reaches your destination country, you can track your package through your local postal courier's website.
Please note- International orders may be subject to duties and taxes upon delivery. USPS orders will be delivered by your local postal service. We are required to mark packages as 'merchandise' by law, and provide true information on customs forms.
Although customs fees, duties and/or taxes are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of your order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into your country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
CANADA SHIPPING: Our USPS shipping rates are higher than normal because we are now including pre-paid duties and taxes at a flat rate. These are included in the shipping price and should make delivery easier, with no surprise duties/taxes/fees on delivery for USPS method of shipping. UPS or DHL packages will be subject to duties/taxes/fees upon delivery.
